2. Warranty & Performance

We stand behind our engineering. We provide an industry-leading 15-year motor warranty and a 2-year warranty on LED kits.

Note: For safety and warranty validity, we strictly recommend that all fixtures be installed by a licensed electrician. Chandelumina is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation.

3. Order Processing

• Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. High-value orders are shipped with insurance and tracking.
• Cancellations: Due to our expedited processing, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Our fans feature components that meet UL or ETL safety standards. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the chosen model complies with your specific local building regulations.
